just I need a cheap relay control . survey and I found cheap Components : SIM800L GSM module , arduino promini , 8 or 4 channel relay .
so I need wiring and programming , can you help me ? I need a ready code and schematic for wiring....

Sorry you will have to be more precise that that.
Do you have a SMS shield? A GSM shield?
It is a lot more complex that you made out in your first post.

no I want build some of sensors and controller for my home . I built some sensor similar to site (mysensors.org) but I need this (with gsm) with out controller .
just a relay controller with gsm

Information like what is that board you posted a picture of? Where is the data sheet to it? Is there example code to drive it? What do you want in the Message to turn the relay on, what do you want to turn the relay off?
What are you willing to pay to have someone do this for you as opposed to just helping you?

The board you have seems to be a "bare bones" board, though there is a slightly larger 800L board for the Arduino as shown on these links.
