RF keyfob remote buzzer help

Hey all,

Been a LONG time since I've played with my arduino and I'm trying to dust off everything and get back into it. I'm basically trying to make a couple remote buzzers. I would like to have a 4 button keyfob and when you hold down one of the inputs it would buzz on the receiver side. Ideal range would be 75ft, and have 4 diff devices.
Remote Buzzer - YouTube this is what I want it to basically do.

I bought that fob as I've seen someone do range test with it on youtube and it seemed to work at a pretty good distance.

I wanted to get this one

paid with the m4 receiver but I've read the range is horrible and haven't seen anything good about it.

This is basically what want but instead of LED's I'd like it to be a buzzer.

I had planned to run a nano, with the receiver, 9v battery, and I guess try a couple of different buzzers.
Am I on the right track? Does anyone have any experience with the adafruit receiver?

Anyone have any similar projects or tutorials that might help me out?

Thanks!
