rf module or rf shield transmits BPSK signal

Hi,

I want to transmit BPSK signal from arduino, but most of rf module such as nRF24L01 are GFSK or FSK.

Which shield should i use?

The BPSK signal is analogue and usually sent by an amateur radio transmitter in USB, upper sideband, mode. It represents character data after decoding. The nRF24 family cannot do this.
