RP2040 USB Serial COM problem

Using Arduino Interfacing w/ Software on the Computer

I'm using a raspberry PICO and the serialPort assistant can't open the serial port of it, also with my upper machine app serial COM by USB port, but it works in arduino IDE serial monitor, How to solve this problem and WHY?

if you have problems booting the RP2040 try

disconnect the Pico USB, press BOOTSEL and connect it
Tools>Port displays UF2 board select it
after a time UF2 will change to a COM port - select it
