run arduino without a computer

hey,
I am using sim7000E with arduino uno and i want to be able to run it without a computer. I tried to connect it only with the power supply with the correct power and again it doesn't run my code. Does anyone know what i can do in order to fix it?

...and with the computer, does it running ? A picture would help.

Yes with a computer my code runs properly but when i disconnect the usb cable and plug the arduino only with the power supply it does not run my code.

I expect there's a problem with your code, which I can't see, or with your connections or power supply, which I don't know anything about either.

What is the voltage and amperage of the power supply?

Where on the board is the power supply connected?
