Running special clock with motor controller

New code that contains daylight savings corrections for the mechanical clock. You can test that in Denmark on 29 Oct. It (hopefully) will print "winter" at the switch-over hour, and runs the clock at half speed until it displays the correct hour again.

Running that code now Will keep an eye out on 29 oct.
