It is a good coffee machine but doesn’t have any indication of the low water level. Barista Touch on the other hand has magnet in the watertank and is compatible with Barista Express, if only one could put reed contact inside….
Well done!
Please post the schematics and code of your project so that others with the same coffee machine can follow your example.
Yes, that's neat.
Just goes to show what a little sideways thinking can do.
Problems are there to be solved.
As I've droned on about before, making small modifications can make something a lot better.
I loved it at work when someone said "that can't be done"
Done!
Done? Where?
Amazing... I now know I have never made coffee correctly... and I thought "coffee" was "coffee"... still using this coffee maker for over thirty years... https://www.amazon.com/BLACK-DECKER-Coffeemaker-Black-DCM600B/
Added link to GitHub under the vid in the OP
Take that vid with the grain of salt. The machine does timed grinding so consistency depends on coffee quality. Having said that mostly it does ok, provided you dial the machine correctly and use fresh coffee beans.
