sd card to store temperature and humidity failed

hello
i work on this small project
DHT22 sensor (temperature and humidity) and SD card 16 GB to store the result
formatted with Fat 32
Arduino mega
i got this error message

the code is

#include <SD.h> // for the SD card
#include <DHT.h> // for the DHT sensor
#include <RTClib.h> // for the RTC

// uncomment whatever type you're using
//#define DHTTYPE DHT11 // DHT 11
#define DHTTYPE DHT22 // DHT 22 (AM2302)
//#define DHTTYPE DHT21 // DHT 21 (AM2301)

I see you had some problems with embedding images. The best way to embed images in your posts on the Arduino forum is to attach the images to your post and then embed them from there. Here is a guide about how to do this:
[url=http://http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=364156.0](Out of Date) Guide: How to Insert Uploaded Images in a Post - Website and Forum - Arduino Forum

This will get around the issues that you might find with popular image hosting services blocking hotlinking and also ensures that your embedded images will not be broken in the future, which is of benefit to the many people who will use the posts on this forum as a reference for decades to come.

thank you
