Seeking copyright permission

Hello,

I would like to request copyright permission. I have written an article about using Arduinos in my course for the Journal of Chemical Education (that is published by the American Chemical Society). The editors have told me that I must have permission from the company to use photos that show any company logo. Can you put me in touch with someone that might be able to help me. I would be happy to send them a preliminary copy of the article.

Who took the photos? The issue of the company's logo is one of trademark control. The issue of who owns the copyright to the photo is a copyright issue, having nothing to do with the logo.
