Hi!
I have a self-driving car, I have a motor (no stepper motor) servo with 3 wires, ultrasonic sensor and LCD display and all it is connected to the motor sheild that sits on my arduino, please help me and create a program which allows the car to drive itself.

If you want someone to create a sketch for you, go over the the Gigs and Collaboration forum and hire a programmer.
If you need help with the code you have written, post your questions (and code) here and people will help you.

What does it even mean for a car "to drive itself"?

And that's an excellent frame of mind; I don't think anyone here will stand in your way!
But you're the one who dropped in the fact that you want a "car to drive itself", so it's up to you to define what that means.
How can anybody help you...

Imagine I asked you to help me bake a cake. Surely you would need a lot more info before you could advise me? Fruit? If so, what types. Size? To fit in lunch box for school or for a birthday party with 100 guests? Icing? If so, what type. Are nuts allowed? And so on and so forth, I'm sure you get the idea....
Start with a user manual.
Imagine your car is finished. What would the user manual look like? What instructions would the user need to make the car go?
Can you write this manual?
Because if you can't, no one else can. And no one else will be able to help you.
