Hi friends. is it any way to powering off the SIM800L with a mosfet ? I trying it but the SIM800L can not be stable when ON. I using 3.7 volt 2200mAh battery as power source.

Hi. thanks I replace the IRF520 mosfet with MJE130 and now problem solved. I want to turn it off because it's using more battery when standby. now saved 60 mAh.
I have problems with the power supply, have you tried to supply it directly with 5V?
