Serial Communication via wifi between Arduino nano 33 IoT and PC

Good morning,

I would like to know if it is possible to connect an Arduino 33 IoT to the PC (with Windows 10 operating system) via WiFi and above all send data in a serial way.
Basically I have a flow of transduced data and I have to send it to the PC, like a COM port that then a softwere will treat them.
I wondered if bi-directional real-time communication was also possible.
The only examples I have found on the Web refer to the use of the ESP8266 module, other electrical circuits, but I should only use Arduino nano.
