Smart Vacuum Cleaner Project,communication between esp32 cam and ardunio uno

should i do the project with esp32 and esp32 cam as main components or with esp32 cam and arduino uno? which would be better? in both ways, arduino uno or esp32 will manage the motors, sensor and servo.
