SMD transistor marking

Does anyone know what WMP stands for? Google couldn't help me on this
Presumably, transistor is low noise, above 2-6 GHz.

Give us the full markings as this can give us more info on the device.

Often due to lack of space manufacturers use their own compact coding
schemes on small packages - you have to first guess the manufacturer and then
hope you can find the right tool to decode the markings.

I was able to locate this table, but WMP is missing , WMR right after WMO :disappointed_relieved:

Package is SOT-343, I guess

There are some WMPs here:

CrossRoads:
There are some WMPs here:
W • SMD-Code-Index • SMD Code Reference • The Solid-State Components Online Database

Unfortunately, it's not correct, table says LDO, when I'm pretty sure it's transistor. Data also contradicts with a table from a link above, where WMO and WMR are transistors, not 2.3/2.6V LDO

Post a clear picture of the part. Perhaps we can make out the manufacturer's markings.

Brain teasing exercise. I think, I narrow down my search to 2 possibilities:

  1. NPN 9 GHz wideband transistor | NXP Semiconductors

BFG520

In some datasheets, NXP says they use marking *XX (sometimes %XX), where * (or %) ether W or T or P, depends on a manufacturing plant, W - China, T - Malaysia, P - Hong Kong

WMP= W(china) + MP(BFG520).

ON4973

Looking at datasheet, I 'd say it's Chinasian tween-clone of the same NXP transistor.

Pictures is exact, don't need to make a photo.

Thanks to everyone.
