Hi guys! Can I solder a wire to this pin header? Maybe this question seems strange but I'm actually interested in it

Sure you can.
Finish it up with heat shrink tubing.

I do it quite a bit. Tin the header pin (melt a small blob of solder onto the pin) and tin the wire first. Then hold the wire to the tinned header and heat till they fuse together. Should happen quickly.

But you do not want the end of your flexible (multi-strand) wire looking like that. You twist teh strands together into a neat bundle before soldering.
