I am having Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS and windows 7 64 bit on pentium computer. I have buyed this product ..

I have tried at both windows and linux , at both places code is compiling and verifying..but sketch transmission i.e. port setting is not getting proper, I tried approximately 15 drivers for this..serial, usb to serial, for uno , uno rev 3 but none wors any where...
I tried from Arduino official website i.e. https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/HomePage and from other like sparkfun.com ..
Can anybody help me in fixing the exact driver either for windows or for linux..
