Most likely, the motor is incompatible with the Easy Driver, the power supply is inadequate or you did not set the current limit correctly.
Post a wiring diagram, the code (using code tags) and links to all the parts as described in How to use this forum.
To what value did you set the current limit on the Easy Driver?

Then, follow the directions in reply #1.
Did you check how the windings are arranged on that motor and connect correctly to A+/A-/B+/B- on the EasyDriver? That means powering down, disconnecting motor, getting multimeter out and checking which wires are connected to which others - call one pair A, one pair B and then connect accordingly.

And don't mix up the Easydriver and the BigEasydriver.
