I’m changing the vacuum actuators to electrical servos in my vehicles heat & A/C system and need help setting up the Arduino board

Do you currently have a test setup so you can actually begin to 1- design and test the mechanical part of the conversion and then, 2- test the electrical part of the conversion? Get all that ready before attempting any Arduino stuff.
