Hello,
I am new here and would like to know if it is possible to programm, say atmega 328 on a breadboard
using teensy 3.1?
I wanted to post this question on pjrc forum bu couldnt register.
Appreciate your help.
Anyone?

Yes, I've seen this before, but wanted to hear second opinion since i am new to microcontrollers. I'm currently torn apart between 2 options , buying teensy 3.1 and starting with it or getting usbasp programmer and going with standalone avr chips. I'll take some time to make a decision.
Anyway, thanks for your time.

We're afraid of the question that comes next...
What question?
English is not my first language so i apologize if i missed something.
BTW, Teensy seems like it's such a nice and capable board to buy, but i have two projects in mind that will probably require standalone avrs. Although i may be able to set the project up on a breadboard and just swap teensy as needed, having the ability to programm those cheap avrs is aa nice bonus.
Groundhog day.
