Teensy + PCF8575 programming help!

Hi,i'm french i'm trying to make a midi controller with 16arcade buttons. Like a midifighter: Midi Fighter Spectra

I've build the box and the breakboard with a multiplexer, the pcf8575. I understand nothing in coding and don't want to loose my mind (i have try but don't understand how it works... )

Can someone write the code for me? or just the begining,I don't understand how pilot the multiplexer...
