terminal to VGA with keyboard

Hello,

I have a old machine that is working with a terminal Esprit 5000.
And there is a keyboard connected to the terminal.

Is it possible to convert the serial data (3 wires) to a VGA signal?
And also to get the keyboard working?

I have searched on different places on the internet, but could not find anything with helped me.

I hope somebody can help me to find a solution.

Not too sure what you are asking here.
