I have an android phone, which has a C# client application. This application sends 2 numbers to the server. As server I use an Arduino M2560 with Ethernet Shield. The connection between them does not work. They can't connect to each other. I created an application on my laptop that manages to connect with the arduino. What would be the problem?
Which you haven't shown us.
Which presumably is running a sketch which you haven't shown us.
Presumably generating some kind of error which you haven't shown us.
Which, again, you haven't shown us.
At this point, practically anything could be wrong. You haven't shown us any code. If you walked into a car repair shop and told them that your car, which you'd left miles away at home, didn't work and asked them what might be wrong with it, do you honestly think they'd be able to tell you anything? No, of course not. And neither can we.
Please take the time to read How to get the best out of this forum and follow the advice contained therein.
And the error you're seeing is?
There is no error. The problem is that I can not connect my client to the arduino server. They can also ping each other and are in the same network. That's why I ask. It doesn't make sense
