The best 7 inch screen setup

Hi guys,

I need your help in giving me the best 7 inch screen set. What should I get. I need.
A 7 inch touch screen, a microcontroller, to run 4 relays and a sound sensor. I want something that you have personally tested and know works. URLs to where you purchased, libraries and any project that I can copy to test everything would be awesome.

So basically you want to find that someone has built exactly what you need and it's already working, with a shopping list?

What has google found for you so far?

There are plenty of 7inch screens but a haven’t managed to find a setup where someone has been successful. There are a lot of cheap screens you can get on Ali express but non of them have any kind of support. The don’t tell you which libraries actually work. I was hoping someone out there might have used a 7 inch screen that they know works.

Adafruit has a driver board that works for the 40 pin tft's.
and has displays that can be used with it up to 7" And of course also the libraries
I don't know anything about LVGL.

CYD won’t work because it only has 2 spare gpios

Use an I2C or serial expander.
An even easier solution is a raspberry pi with 7" HDMI display.
