The touch button does not work when the microcontroller is turned on via 220 V

The touch button does not work when the microcontroller is turned on via 220 V. When I connect phase to zero and zero to phase, the touch button on the ATmega168 works. When I do everything correctly, connect zero to zero and phase to phase, the touch button stops working, what could it be? I use a circuit to convert 220 volt AC voltage to 5 volt DC voltage.

Schematic. Code. Please.

Be very careful with that 220VAC, much better to use some sort of isolation.

No doubts you do.
But since you have problem with it, you should post all the details about this "circuit".
