I am not even an amateur about this subject.
I am just trying to help one of my friends who is working on an area of fixing kind of textile devices' electronic boards.
And now he needs to upload a program to TMS320F28016PZA.
He uses BeeProg+ fast universal 48-pindrive programmer and an adapter (attached image).
We tried ELNEC software to upload an .out file without success. (Actually .out file extension is not even in the list)
Should I download "Code Composer Studio"?
Any kind of help will be appreciated.
