Triac with arduino

I build an circuit from the arduino playground but there is no signal at the output.

The software is from

https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/ACPhaseControl

I’m not sure if the connector JP3 is correct labeled. JP3/3 Dig In should be an output to the MOC3052-M
and JP3/1 an input.

I have a signal with 100 Hz at optocoupler but no signal at output 9 / gate.
The scematic is a little bit different because i have no H11AA1 optocoupler.
