Triple Biofeedback

Hi, I am a noob.

I wish to build a biofeedback machine that measures: pulse rate, GSR and temperature. I would like to be able to adjust the sensitivity of each of the 3 channels. I would like the feedback to be 3 separate, distinct audio tones that can be heard either through a small speaker or headphones (both available to user). The feedback also requires also requires a volume control. I plan to use 2 stainless steel washers soldered to leads and attached to velcro for the GSR sensor.

My questions:

  1. Can all of this be done using a single uno, or will it require multiple units?

  2. Suggestions for heart rate and temperature sensors?

  3. Are schematics and code already available for such a project?

I am thinking this is a fairly complex problem for a noob, but I have a mechanical engineering background and a friend who is an electronics engineer who can provide limited help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mike
