I recently bought an Atmel ICE PCBA kit, and designed a dev board based on the ATTiny10. I want to program it in Atmel Studio 7, but I can't figure out how to get the programmer working. There is no pinout diagram in the ICE guide that I can find. Does it follow the convention of other IDC cables like the image below? When I power the IC with 5V and connect as described in the user guide the target voltage reads 0.8V. That is the same as when nothing is connected at all.
