I submit you should avoid both examples..
In the case of the first the suppliers clearly have no idea about what they are selling, not even what it actually is.
In the second, it is just a meter body, minimum order 500, which goes some way to explain the price.
Check eBay instead. I recall ultrasonic flow meters usually uses 4-20mA communication. I don't know anything about that but plenty of users around here do. You might also consider hall-effect flow sensors, which are cheaper and commonly used with Arduino.
To give you a good answer what are you measuring, approximately what is the velocity, what is it flowing through, any special environmental requirements, What you are saying is what color dress does ahmm have on. The above is not an ultrasonic sensor, it is a hall-effect turbine and thus does not go very far to answer the question. The cost is about five times the typical price, and the code is pretty suss, or at least incomplete.
