Unable to connect my Arduino anymore to Cloud Editor

Sorry if I am not posting correctly as it is my first time. I am using an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Rev2 that I bought recently, it was working completely fine for the first few weeks, however I stopped working on it for a few days and when I came back to use it, it wasnt connecting at all.

The main issue I have is that the arduino cloud editor which i am using to code, isnt detecting my board properly anymore. Before it used to work perfectly fine and I was able to upload code and use the board (via serial USB), it even had the name correctly! But now when i try and connect it is showing as an arduino stella and it isnt connecting properly. I dont have any external wires and I haven't changed anything about the board at all. I have also been using the same Micro Usb cable the entire time.

I have already tried pressing the button twice to make it into bootloader mode, and that still didnt work, I even tried switching laptops and that didn't work either.

I am very new to all this arduino stuff so I have no idea what to do.

Verify the cable is a data cable.

I have been using the same cable so it worked before.
