Unable to send sketches to ATmega328PB

Hello,

I'm newbie in arduino and microcontrollers in general.

I coded a program in an Arduino Pro Mini and later I designed a circuit and I have soldered on it an ATmega328PB.

I'm trying to upload a sketch to my circuit using a USBasp but it doesn't work. The same sketch uploads and works OK in the Pro Mini board.

Is it a problem about having soldered a different micro? Does the programming of ATmega328PB differs to the one in the Pro Mini Board?

This is the result of the programmer :

avrdude done. Thank you.

Any idea on how upload the sketch? Thanks in advance

Just solved it. I thought it was a matter of the programmer as I expected to be compatible the Atmega328PB with the P version but it isn't.

You need to install the appropriate board.
