uno dimensions

I have come across several diagrams that have different dimensions of the uno board. In particular the I/o headers with respect to the 4 mounting holes. Could someone please let me know where I can find this info, because I need to do artwork for a pcb and based on the dimensional variations, I can't proceed until I have certified prints. The possibility exists that I have a counterfeit (radioshack kit) which may be the reason for the errors. Also the DXF file only has the overall dimensions and the actual drawing is flawed 1:1 (not square)

On the official Uno page (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardUno) there is a dimensions file in dxf format. I don't know if that's of use?

Download the zip file from the Products page, unzip, and open the .brd file with Eagle to get all the dimensions. I think Eagle may even export .dxf files.
