Uno R4, vs med quality rc board

So the Mini Pro and the Uno R3 are both in 2023 both considered very poor options to make a drone car that runs at of Traxxas level,
Does the R4 have significantly more processes per second and simultaneous processes in the mini pro or R3.

Is there any Arduino/ Arduino compatible board that is actually capable of installing any of the free Flight controllers such as betta fligh ( I don't know the name of the other freeware options).

If not is there an Arduino / Arduino compatible board that can perform at a medium to high level drone / car performance rate using the standard Arduino IDE sketches.

If all of the above is I know go in terms of also requiring instructions/tutorial for getting it all set up for said application from some various source.

Are there any affordable controllers that I could use in conjunction with an Arduino board so that the controller is only responsible for the reaction speeds and precision but the Arduino would still be the thing that controls non-critical systems like camera and lights and any other things like maybe folding landing gear or audio or payload deploying.

Sorry if it sounds like a awkward question but I can't see myself being at a level that considers me completely Beyond beginner in all aspects for quite some time and would like to scratch build an RC toy that an adult can actually have fun with, that maintains the versatility of future modifications/optimizations within code.

As a final thought, if I was to build an Arduino RC from the various tutorials anywhere from 5 to 2 years ago, is this still something that can be a valid Baseline going forward as my prototype start build.

Thank you.
