Unwanted timestamp in Serial output. How to disable?

Suddenly, any output to Serial start to produce extra timestamp, see first screenshot.
It happens on all projects, seems like some settings in Arduino environment has been changed. Have never seen it before. Debug port in Arduino is disabled, see second screenshot. What is this, and how to disable this feature?

At the bottom of the Serial Monitor window, there is a checkbox "Show timestamp". Uncheck that.
