Upload fails: "port doesn't exist"

Continuing the discussion from Upload Error: exit status 2:

I'm having issues with this as well, getting exit status 2, but my issue is that it won't recognize COM3 port. It works and uploads on the Arduino IDE, but for some reason it does not work on Arduino IOT cloud platform. This project is due in 3 days :(( please help

@jeremyhuang did you try to upload with the Cloud Editor (click on "Open full editor" on IoT Cloud)?
