Upload Program Error

Hi,

I am currently building something similar to - YouTube
and it worked a while, but today it didn't work so I tried re-uploading the code, but I was greeted with this message:
avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000
0x00 != 0x0c
avrdude: verification error; content mismatch

I tried looking for solutions but I can't seem to solve it.

I am using the l293D IC like the video and the chip in the UNO is the ATMEGA328P-PU

I think that I may have overloaded or fried an IC or the UNO chip.

Please help.

Did you possibly connect some hareware to pin-0 or pin-1, which are the RX/TX pins for Serial?

No, I'm sure those pins aren't connected to anything, also tried disconnecting everything before uploading.

Hi I just got a Arduino UNO and watched a simple tutorial about programing, when i tried to install the program in to the arduino a message popped up, they say something about drivers and you have too update something but it dosent work for me.
hope i find a solution and it would help if arduino had a live chat with someone who could help...
