Hi @ptillisch , I can confirm that the problems in my case is due to the wrong chip installed on the board. Is a generic ESP32 C3 without the flash memory integrated. I've ordered other Board from a different supplier and all works ok. Thanks. Roberto.

On the chip there is just ESP-32 C3 without any other version information. Looking the datasheet https://www.espressif.com/sites/default/files/documentation/esp32-c3_datasheet_en.pdf is clearly indicated that my chip is without flash inside. [Immagine 2024-06-30 123926]
