Uploading Hex file programmer doesn't respond

Hi.

I'm trying to upload a hex file to Arduino Mega with command line in Fedora 23 but i got is that programmer is not responding.

The Arduino is connected i can upload code from Arduino IDE

I also tried with and Arduino Uno and the result is the same.

the file is grbl.hex to use UniversalGCodeSender to a CNC.

So, what can i am missing to upload the file?

Is that the mega2560? if so, needs to be -cwiring not -carduino, and 115200 baud.

For mega with atmega1280, that looks correct.
