I've broke the usb port of my arduino nano 33 ble sense and i try ton communicate with the rx/tx port. The board boot, the computeur see the usb peripheral, but it's not recognized by Windows and arduino. Does anyone have an idea?

I'm not really familiar with the Nano33 BLE.
But from memory it has native USB in which case the TX/RX has no relationship with the USB and your exercise will fail.

Use USB to TTL (CH340) to connect arduino and your computer will work

Exactly! As you can see from the schematic the USB jack is directly connected to the main chip. The bootloader does not use TX/RX.
