Useful microchip parts. Which parts should I get?

I got really lucky and somehow my personal email got excepted by Microchip to get samples.
What parts should I get? Any suggestions?
AVRs?
Thanks!

Something that is difficult or time consuming to order in regular stores?

I cannot answer that as I do not know what you want to build. Also when getting some be sure you can apply them such as SMD vs DIP. Do you have the tool kit needed to develop them?

Right now I am in the getting parts, playing with parts, make idea with parts.
I don't have a soldering iron.
Want to get one.
I am thinking of making a uno compatible board with a at mega 4809.
Some others too.

Trying to cancel some orders.

Did you order the PDIP version? That would be a lot easier to play with.

I will do that as soon as I resolve the issues with my sample orders.
Thank you.

I don't think you can cancel sample orders....

Yes. I told asked one customer support person they said no.
But somebody else canceled it.
Now I can’t place any orders.
I was lucky that microchip gave me one sample order.
Now I can place an order for a few parts.
Will let you know how it goes.
