Hello !
Sorry, newbie. So, I finally installed successfuly a motor on my gate. It comes with a remote that works fine but It looks quite fragile. So I'm planning to buy a new one as a backup , just in case. So, the question is: Is there a specific model to buy or should every remote work fine on my automation ? The CARDIN S476 TX2 is cheap but looks solid even if the first remote is also a CARDIN. Thanks a lot !

Hello !
Normally, a remote should last at least one year in my opinion, if you use it correctly. And to answer your question, you can't just buy a remote without checking if it is suitable with your automation card. For that, you must know the reference of the card and check if it support the remote you want to buy, in your case the CARDIN S476 TX2 . I hope, this answered your question mate.
