Hi.
I wonder if it is possible to have one Arduino Uno running with one sketch and when suitable, communicate with another Uno, running with a GSM-shield, and send SMS as well as recieving SMS?
I have one Uno running and ports 2, 3 and 7 are occupied and can not be exchanged. So it would be nice to be able to send SMS over another Uno, wich have a GMS-shield connected.
Any hints?

Sure, that is possible.
What does this mean? Ports are alphabetically labeled.
As I have understand it, the GSM-shield uses digitalpin 2, 3 and 7 on the arduino, for RX, TX and reset. It would be no problem if I can mount the GSM-shiled on another Uno and then via some communication, send SMS-messages from my primary Uno to the slave-Uno, where the SMS would be send through GSM

Why can't you change pin assignments so that one Arduino can do everything?
Because I do not have enough spare-pins left. All are more or less assigned
If you have no pins left, what means of communication are you planning to use?

I am using I2C for reading temp-sensors, and I thought that I could adress the other Arduino on that bus to?
