Hey Arduino team! I joined the VENTUNO Q VIP list and received the confirmation email on August 8th. I also completed the 2-minute survey mentioned in the email, which said that I would receive an exclusive 10% discount code by email.

However, I haven’t received the discount code yet, so I just wanted to check if there’s usually a delay in receiving it.

Has anyone else completed the survey and received their discount code? Any information on how long it normally takes would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @sparsh_chadha_30. You should have received your discount code in an email we sent out August 18th. The title of the email is ":rocket: Your VENTUNO Q discount is inside and early bird pre-orders are LIVE!". Check your spam folder in case it was incorrectly caught by your spam filter.

I have 2 email addresses I signed up with back in March. I didn’t receive the 10% discount code at either, I checked spam folders, nothing. I ordered as soon as you went live and paid full price (still a great deal) but am curious. Arduino has always been great at communicating updates on orders, but this process has been a mess! Guess I just wait and see when my confirmation email arrives with tracking info.
