Voltmeter without external digital screen

I want to make a simple voltmeter to read voltage level from my computers screen. I want to measure the voltage level from my audio jack's output.

I don't have a digital screen. Is it possible to turn voltage values to PC?

i think one needs to open monitor after running the circuit. and the voltage =5*"that number"/1024
