W5100 Ethernet shield standalone

Hai Guys,
I want to use w5100 ethernet shield as a standalone microcontroller.I want to flash a program into it.Can anyone tell me how to do it?

the 5100 ethernet shield does not have a microcontroller (or not one that can be reprogrammed, anyway.)
