W5500 with Arduino Uno - Communication Problem

Hello everyone,

I am new here but not at Arduino. My problem is that W5500 can't have an IP address.
I am getting this from serial port.

Chat server address:255.255.255.255

Here is my codes. It is example code

/*
 Chat  Server

 A simple server that distributes any incoming messages to all
 connected clients. To use telnet to your device's IP address and type.
 You can see the client's input in the serial monitor as well.
 Using an Arduino Wiznet Ethernet shield.

 Circuit:
 * Ethernet shield attached to pins 10, 11, 12, 13
 * Analog inputs attached to pins A0 through A5 (optional)

#include <SPI.h>
#include <Ethernet2.h>

// Enter a MAC address and IP address for your controller below.
// The IP address will be dependent on your local network.
// gateway and subnet are optional:
byte mac[] = {
  0xDE, 0xAD, 0xBE, 0xEF, 0xFE, 0xED
};
IPAddress ip(192, 168, 1, 177);
IPAddress myDns(192, 168, 1, 1);
IPAddress gateway(192, 168, 1, 1);
IPAddress subnet(255, 255, 255, 0);

// telnet defaults to port 23
EthernetServer server(23);
boolean alreadyConnected = false; // whether or not the client was connected previously

void setup() {
  // initialize the ethernet device
  Ethernet.begin(mac, ip, myDns, gateway, subnet);
  // start listening for clients
  server.begin();
  // Open serial communications and wait for port to open:
  Serial.begin(9600);
   Serial.print("Chat server address:");
  Serial.println(Ethernet.localIP());
}

void loop() {
  // wait for a new client:
  EthernetClient client = server.available();

  // when the client sends the first byte, say hello:
  if (client) {
    if (!alreadyConnected) {
      // clead out the input buffer:
      client.flush();
      Serial.println("We have a new client");
      client.println("Hello, client!");
      alreadyConnected = true;
    }

    if (client.available() > 0) {
      // read the bytes incoming from the client:
      char thisChar = client.read();
      // echo the bytes back to the client:
      server.write(thisChar);
      // echo the bytes to the server as well:
      Serial.write(thisChar);
    }
  }
}

I do not know what to do. I've watched every video and read article. I have turned off my firewall also.
By the way w5500 is connected to home modem.

Here is the module that I use.

NOTE

I will sleep now. I am on this case for 4-5 hours.
Thanks.

try the WebClient example. it has enhanced diagnostics

Nah, it is still same but this error

did you try with the Ethernet library?

I have a similar problem with an arduino ethernet shield W5100 using DHCP when connected to a new modem - it is very intermittent sometimes connecting after 30 to 60 seconds sometimes never connecting - I have to reset the host microcontroller (usually a Mega)
I found using my previous modem it worked every time

it is same with Ethernet2 only difference is shield.

Do I need to change some setting on modem? Maybe?

could not find any reason why the new modem DHCP was intermittent (no probelms with WiFi etc)
I them remember that a previous modem used to work OK
I just plugged the old modem into the new modem and the etherenet shield in to the old modem and it received the DHCP settings without problems
