water pressure sensor with arduino

Hello,

I am searching for a water pressure sensor, with a 0~2 bar rating. easy to interface with arduino.. any ideas ?

Thank you for help

I don't know if this one

https://www.ebay.com/itm/60PSI-0-5-4-5V-Pressure-Transducer-Sensor-1-8-NPT-For-Oil-Fuel-Gas-Air-Water-GL/112610575698

works with the arduino. It looks like it should. This one is 0-60psig (or 4bar). There are versions rated to 30psig/2bar.

Perhaps we can get confirmation from someone that has used one connected to an arduino.

I agree that it should do the job: Output: 0.5-4.5V linear voltage output. 0 psi outputs 0.5V, 30 psi outputs 2.5V, 60 psi outputs 4.5V. With 5 volt supply. Three wires.

The op will need to find a 1/8 inch pipe tap to mount it.

Thanks for the confirmation before I wasted my $$$.

As for the tap, if in the USA, 1/8" NPT taps are a dime a dozen at the local BORG hardware store. 1/4" NPT is too difficult to find. Larger than that gets 'tricky' and expensive. Personal experience.

If outside the USA, the OP could always try Alibaba or Amazon.
