WAVGAT USBasp programmer clone

I'm interested in buying a few USBasp programmers to use with a breakout board PCB I am having manufactured. I bought the Paradisetronic.com clone and it works great under Windows 11:

But it costs 7,50 € and so I looked to Aliexpress. I found this WAVGAT which has a lot of reviews and almost all are positive:

I've read that the WAVGAT Arduino board clones use different chips and don't allow bootloader burning. Do these or similar drawback exist for their USBasp programmers? The chip seems to be the same ATmega8 on both boards.
