Well, this is just a small prototype so I do just need a small alternative. It will be also controlled by the Arduino after the sensor detects something.
So basically, when the IR sensor detects something, the Arduino will control the alternative linear actuator to push the object that was detected.
anw, do u think this idea is possible? pls correct me, i'm a student who is willing to learn more.
Chinese products are mass produced so cheaply it is hard to make them yourself cheaper, unless you make the performance much lower.
A linear actuator is usually a motor, a gearbox, a nut on a leadscrew, a couple of limit switches all packaged in a neat unit. You could get all of those things and make your own.
Weird place you live in if solenoids are not available but servos and arduinos are...
You can DIY, if it otherwise match your approach (which I don't know).
