But asking many times i cant found the right answer and i want to know with a link which power adapter i need to power my project. At home i have a:
Phone charger, Laptop charger and a led strip charger

You might want to have a dedicated power supply for the motor, and use USB or a smaller power supply for the ESP and touchscreen to avoid motor noise on the power lines interfering with the ESP and touchscreen. Start with the laptop charger (motor is 5v) and smaller for touchscreen (3v3/5v) and ESP (5v/3v3)
